I completed a photosyth of the back yard today.
I took nearly 300 photos while moving 360 degrees 3 times.
The upload and synth process was quite easy, but the stitching took the better part of the day to complete.

Since our move-in date in late August we’ve been using our fir staircase with temporary ballisters and no finish material on the wood.
This week the finishing crew came in and sanded the fir, removed the temporary ballisters and applied sanding sealer.

This is step one of four till we get a completed, finished stair case.

The new “grill” sections are being finished seperately in the finish crew’s shop and they will be installed at a later date.

Alot has been happening as we settle into our new home.

Just this week we got the lower part of our driveway paved.

The crew is still coming in often to fix small trim issues here and there, so we have yet to completely unpack.

Its been a week of F’s.

Our Bosch fridge arrived (was on backorder). Apparently people don’t buy black appliances anymore.

Our fence was completed. 90 posts, 520 feet of fencing, 5 gates.

Furniture was delivered. My mom was nice enough to assist us with some new furniture. A sectional couch for the great room and a couch/futon for the den.

All in all we are getting settled in nicely, but there is still a significant laundry list of small things that need to be completed. Namely the stair rails, master shower glass sourround and pantry shelving.

We are now officially allowed to occupy our home.

I can’t find my camera to take photos, but things look great. There is still a solid week’s worth of touch up and small things, but the big push really paid off.
